1. App Identity, Purpose & Public Access Policy

Femevia (femevia.com), operated by Bony Yamin, is an evidence-based digital health education platform providing gentle, compassionate, and clinically reviewed guidance on menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and holistic wellness. Open Access Guarantee: Femevia is designed for universal public education. All health articles, phase guides, and educational materials published on Femevia are 100% free and accessible to the public without requiring any user registration, sign-in, or payment. 2. Information We Access & Collect (Including Google User Data)

We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver user-requested features: • Google User Data (OAuth 2.0): When you choose to authenticate via Google Sign-In, we request standard minimum OAuth scopes ('openid', 'email', 'profile'). The only data we access and receive is your name, email address, and avatar profile picture provided by Google. We DO NOT access, request, or store your Google contacts, Google Drive, Gmail messages, calendar, or any other private Google service data. • Voluntary Account & Reader Data: If you create an account, you may optionally select health topics of interest (e.g. menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, recovery) and your age group to personalize recommendations. You may also save articles and submit comments on stories. • Technical & Operational Data: To maintain service reliability and security, our servers collect standard technical request headers, IP address, device/browser type, and essential session authentication cookies.

3. How We Use Google User Data & Application Information

Your personal data and Google user data are used exclusively to support core user-facing features: • Authenticating your identity and maintaining your secure login session. • Enabling you to bookmark and manage your saved health articles in your personal profile. • Displaying your chosen display name and avatar next to comments you post in our moderated community discussions. • Sending you our weekly editorial health newsletter (only if you explicitly opt-in; you may unsubscribe at any time). • Diagnosing technical issues and improving site performance. Limited Use Compliance: Femevia's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Prohibited Uses: No Ads, No Data Brokers, No Sale of Data

We hold a strict, zero-compromise policy against commercial data exploitation: • No Sale or Rental: We do NOT sell, rent, lease, trade, or transfer personal data or Google user data to data brokers, information resellers, or third parties. • No Advertising or Profiling: We do NOT use Google user data for targeted advertising, personalized advertising, retargeted advertising, or user profiling. • No Credit or Lending Evaluations: We do NOT use your data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.

5. AI / Machine Learning & Prevention of AI Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AI NCII)

Femevia strictly complies with the Google APIs Terms of Service and Developer Policies regarding artificial intelligence, user safety, and reproductive content: • No AI/ML Model Training: We explicitly affirm that Google user data and user-submitted data are NEVER used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning (ML) models. • Strict AI NCII Prohibition: Femevia strictly prohibits and does not engage in the creation, processing, hosting, or distribution of AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AI NCII), deepfakes, or sexually explicit synthetic media. All visual content on Femevia consists strictly of professional, medically reviewed anatomical illustrations and editorial photography vetted by our clinical review board.

6. Third-Party Service Providers & Data Processors

We share data only with trusted, enterprise-grade infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate our service: • Supabase (Supabase Inc.): Cloud-hosted authentication and encrypted PostgreSQL database hosting. • Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc.): Global Content Delivery Network (CDN), SSL/TLS certificate management, and DDoS protection. Each service processor is bound by contractual data processing agreements requiring strict confidentiality and high-grade security, prohibiting them from using your personal data for any purpose other than providing services to Femevia.

7. Data Storage, Security Safeguards & Encryption

We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information: • In-Transit Protection: All communications between your browser, our servers, and third-party APIs are encrypted using Modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). • At-Rest Protection: All databases, authentication secrets, and stored user data are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. • Access Controls: We enforce least-privilege role-based access controls (RBAC) and strict environment isolation to prevent unauthorized internal or external access.

8. Data Retention & Step-by-Step Deletion Procedure

Data Retention Period: We retain your account information, saved articles, and comments only for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. How to Delete Your Data: • Deleting Saved Articles: You can remove saved articles at any time with one click from your Profile page. • Deleting Comments: You can delete your comments directly from the article discussion thread or from your Profile comment management tab. • Permanent Account & Data Erasure: You may request complete, permanent deletion of your Femevia account, profile, comments, and all associated Google user data by emailing support@femevia.com or privacy@femevia.com with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request'. Deletion SLA: Once a deletion request is verified, our engineering team permanently and irreversibly deletes all associated records from our active databases and backup logs within 30 calendar days.

9. Your Legal Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA Compliance)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have statutory rights concerning your personal information, including: • The right to access and receive a copy of your personal data. • The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete information. • The right to request erasure ('Right to be Forgotten'). • The right to restrict or object to the processing of your data. • The right to data portability in a structured, machine-readable format. • The right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. 10. Children's Privacy, Policy Updates & Contact

Children's Privacy (COPPA): Femevia is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly delete such data. Policy Modifications: We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect improvements in our data practices or regulatory changes. When updates occur, we revise the 'Last updated' date at the top of this policy.
